Webcast to examine impact of hours ruling on private fleets

In response to the recent U.S. Court of Appeals ruling vacating portions of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s hours-of-service regulations, the National Private Truck Council has teamed with J.J. Keller & Associates to conduct a free webcast to analyze the impact of the decision on private fleets.

The webcast — which will be held Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. ET — will feature the insights of NPTC General Counsel Rick Schweitzer and Daren Hansen, editor of Transport Safety, J.J. Keller & Associates.
