Michael Snyder joined ATA today as the Executive Director of the new IT & Logistics Council (ITLC). Snyder brings extensive data management and transportation experience, including spearheading a U.S. DOT interagency effort on hazardous materials data warehousing and serving as the technical director for the U.S. Coast Guard’s fleet logistics.
The ITLC will hold its inaugural conference Oct. 22-23 in Orlando, Fla. in conjunction with the ATA MC&E. In addition to 11 educational programs on cutting-edge IT/logistics issues, ITLC attendees will be allowed free attendance to the MC&E exhibit. The Information Technology & Logistics Council (ITLC) is the trucking industry technical voice on regulatory and freight infrastructure issues in the IT and logistics arenas.
