Titan Trailers recently announced at the Recycling & Waste Management Show in Birmingham, England, that it has forged an agreement with Geoff Colledge of Colledge Trailers Ltd. of Middlesbrough, England. Colledge Trailers will provide U.K. customers with after-sales service and support for Titan Trailers equipped with Keith Walking Floor unloader systems and tipper trailers.
“We were very impressed with their capability and feel that they have what it takes to be a part of the Titan Trailer family in terms of providing service to our customers,” says Mike Kloepfer, president and head of trailer design for Delhi, Ontario-based Titan. “They, like us, are a family-owned and -operated business and understand our expectations on how important they are to the overall customer experience.”
