Knight Transportation employees are back to work amid minor water damage and the smell of smoke at their west Phoenix headquarters, which was threatened by a massive pallet fire Friday, Sept. 14, the Arizona Republic reported.

Firefighters saved the company’s headquarters after about 130 Knight employees evacuated, but flames destroyed two warehouses, the newspaper reported. The fire department estimated the damage in the millions, but Knight officials declined to be more specific, saying insurance adjusters were still reviewing the scene, according to the newspaper.

Dallas-based Greatwide Logistics Services was renting the two burned warehouses and lost about 250,000 pallets and 36 truck trailers in the fire, the Republic reported.
