ODFL promotes Baucom to manage Nashville service center

Old Dominion Freight Line — a less-than-truckload carrier based in Thomasville, N.C. — recently announced the promotion of Ron Baucom to manager of sales and service at the Nashville, Tenn., service center. The facility is located at 1250 Bridgeston Blvd. in nearby La Vergne, Tenn.

Baucom, a native of Apex, N.C., is a 23-year veteran of the transportation industry. Previously, he was manager of sales and service for the company’s location in Huntsville, Ala., for nine years.
