Paccar Leasing Co. announced Monday, Nov. 26, the addition of three new full-service lease locations in Tennessee, Georgia and South Carolina. The new PacLease locations are operated by Arscott PacLease, which also has PacLease locations in Baltimore and Richmond, Va.
