Morgan Olson, a manufacturer of walk-in van bodies, has announced a 6 percent price increase, effective Jan. 1, due to the continued rise in raw material prices as well as other costs incurred over the past year. Orders placed before this date will be accepted at current pricing.

The company says aluminum, petroleum-based products and other raw material increases have resulted in a significant increase in the overall cost to produce the company’s products.

“We have worked hard to manage rising costs without sacrificing the quality and reputation of the Morgan Olson product,” says Steve Miller, vice president of sales and marketing for Sturgis, Mich.-based Morgan Olson. “Our customers deserve the quality vans we are known for. While we have worked hard to mitigate the escalation of raw material and other costs, a price increase is necessary at this time.”
