TMW Systems — a software provider to logistics firms and trucking, construction, utility and municipal fleets — and EBE Technologies, a provider of integrated business process management solutions, announced Monday, Oct. 6, at the American Trucking Associations 2008 Management Conference and Exhibition that they have signed an agreement in which TMW will be a reseller of EBE’s software systems.
TMW will offer EBE’s transportation-specific workflows and process management applications to complement its enterprise transportation software systems with additional business automation. TMW says the nonexclusive EBE agreement joins other resale and comarketing arrangements that it has completed with independent companies to deliver value-added solutions that serve particular market segment needs effectively. EBE Technologies says it also continues to engage and explore similar relationships with other industry providers. Under the terms of the agreement, EBE will provide support and implementation services to all EBE installations.
