Penske Truck Leasing recently hosted the grand opening of a new location in Elizabethtown, Ky., at 303 Peterson Drive. Penske offers commercial and consumer truck rental services, full-service truck leasing and contract maintenance at the 6,800-square-foot facility.
Sitting on 4.5 acres, the facility serves nearly 15 customers and maintains more than 70 vehicles. Penske says the one-story building houses two service bays and a truck-washing bay, while a new wireless technology component also allows service technicians to utilize cutting-edge diagnostic and repair software.
“Opening a new Elizabethtown facility allows Penske to introduce commercial and consumer rentals, in addition to leasing and contract maintenance, all under one roof,” says Terry Scott, South Central Region senior vice president for Reading, Pa.-based Penske Truck Leasing. “Penske is growing to keep pace with the expanding industrial and distribution base in the greater Hardin County area. We look forward to sustainable growth correlating with the UPS international air hub in Louisville.”
