J.J. Keller introduces Dispatch Application for small, mid-sized fleets

J.J. Keller & Associates has announced the release of J.J. Keller’s Dispatch Manager, a software program designed to manage dispatching and load tracking in transportation companies.

Dispatch Manager includes features designed to manage client records, book loads, track delivery and arrival times, and view driver availability; it has a range of reports, including delivery manifest, invoicing and bill of lading. Home page “dashboard” alerts allow users to keep track of scheduled loads for the day, loads to be dispatched, and loads behind schedule, according to the company.

“We saw a need in the market for a quality, affordable program that included core features,” says Tom Reader, market development manager for Neenah, Wis.-based J.J. Keller. “Dispatch Manager is perfect for a small to mid-sized operation, and can be used as a standalone program or can interface with any of J.J. Keller’s other software titles, offering very flexible functionality to manage operations and compliance.”

In addition to Dispatch Manager, J.J. Keller’s Transportation Management System includes other applications used by regulated transport companies, including Log Checker Software, Driver File Software, Alcohol & Drug Testing Software, Maintenance Manager Software and Fuel Tax Master Software. These programs function independently or interface with Dispatch Manager, according to the company.
