Edgetech International, Inc. has executed an agreement with XS Capacity (www.xscapacity.com) to provide a mobile solution for their server based load management program. Currently there are three joint marketing deals in the works (JB Hunt, Cargomaster.com and National Assoc. of Small Truckers), and each would have at least two releases (beta, Implementation).

The new product, the XSC Loadmaster Edge, will enable truckers and trucking companies to have constant access to the XS Capacity server based software platform. The XS Capacity online open marketplace links the entire ground freight industry to any shipping organization, whether LTL or full truck loads.

The product uses a mobile internet device called the “PC Edge,” which delivers high speed Internet access, displaying full HTML web pages, graphics and java script. “The PC Edge” offers a desktop web experience, together with a full QWERTY keyboard, access to Office Suite of programs, 50 GB storage and Remote PC access.

Edgetech CEO, Lev Parnas, stated, “The XS Capacity relationship is an example of our differentiation from other competitive products in delivering custom solutions to meet specific vertical market requirements. Our ability to provide mobility to these types of business applications is one of our strategic business plan objectives.”

XS Capacity CEO and Founder, Steve Krubinski stated, “After seeing the enormous opportunity that The PC Edge brings to the table as far as in cab communications and revolutionizing the way drivers get real time load availability information from any system, I was more than excited about the opportunity to partner with The PC Edge in the creation of the XSC Loadmaster Edge and feel that the combination of our software platform for Internal Interactive Load Boards for shippers along with our open market place for the smaller shippers provides significant benefits for the driver on the road and the shipper looking to move more freight at a reasonable rate.”
