Through its recent acquisition by Accellos, Prophesy Transportation Solutions says it now offers an expanded product line and superior capabilities in its development, training, technical support and virtually every facet of the company.

“Our involvement with Accellos really brings the best of both worlds to our customers,” says William Ashburn, vice president of Bloomfield, Conn.-based Prophesy/Accellos. “Backed by the infrastructure of the Accellos team, we are able to offer our users more resources, more flexibility and, best of all, expanded tools to meet their every need.”

Accellos, based in Colorado Springs, Colo., says that in addition to robust TMS and mobile resource management solutions, it also offers powerful yet flexible options for warehouse management and third-party logistics, including:

  • Accellos One Warehouse Fulfill: Combining radio frequency and barcode technology with a three-tiered Internet-based architecture, Accellos One Warehouse Fulfill Edition is designed to deliver a powerful, scalable and flexible real-time warehouse management system that helps users boost productivity, reduce costs, shorten order fulfillment times and increase customer satisfaction. Accellos One Warehouse Fulfill Edition is designed to integrate seamlessly with other accounting/order-entry packages and shipping systems to provide the warehousing link in a total supply chain solution. Accellos One Warehouse is designed to offer a feature-rich solution to automate, streamline and verify all in-warehouse processes. From the receiving dock to the shipping dock, Accellos One Warehouse is designed to track every movement of stock into, out of and within the warehouse.
  • Accellos One Warehouse Collect Edition: This is a tool designed to connect, collect and control all Microsoft Dynamics GP receiving, order fulfillment and inventory control functions. From manufacturing to distribution, Accellos One Warehouse Collect for GP is designed to offer several software options to work with a Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP package. Using wireless technology, Accellos One Warehouse Collect for GP is designed to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP by gathering data at its origin and entering it in real time back into an ERP system; information is gathered through user prompts on RF handhelds and processed through Microsoft Dynamics GP following all of its business rules.
  • Accellos One 3PL: Accellos One 3PL is designed to offer solutions for third-party logistics and lead logistics providers for their warehouse operations, providing the appropriate level of automation within a given facility, ranging from radio frequency to paper-based inbound and outbound processes, each supported by electronic data interchange (EDI/B2B) and non-EDI transactions. Accellos One 3PL allows these varying levels of automation to co-exist and operate concurrently within a single facility, according to the company.
