Concert Group Logistics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Express-1 Expedited Solutions, has announced the opening of a new station in Toledo, Ohio, under the leadership of Andy Gomolak. CGL says it now has a network of 26 stations throughout the United States, all of which are equipped to handle worldwide transport.

As current owner of the CGL Detroit station, Gomolak sees the additional station as a great networking and collaboration opportunity. “These stations complement one another,” Gomolak says. “With the expansion into Toledo, we are now able to combine the knowledge of both staffs and the networks of both stations. This strengthens our strategy and adds more value to the personalized service we offer.”

Gerry Post, president at Downers Grove, Ill.- based CGL, views the addition of the Toledo station as an opportunity to strengthen CGL’s commitment to growth. “We are very pleased with the addition of the Toledo station,” Post says. “Gomolak and his staff are proven industry leaders, and we look forward to leveraging their experience in Toledo. We also look forward to seeing where they might lead us next.”
