Vehicle Inspection Systems announced that it has moved into a new 40,000-square-foot office and warehouse facility located near the Orlando International Airport in Florida. The company says the new facility allows it to expand its growing sales, service and training operation with new space for product test cells and hands-on training for customers.

VIS says it now will be able to accommodate customer training on new products and service automation training for truck dealers and customers. Also, with ample warehouse space for both its VIS-Check roller brake and suspension tester and VIS-Polish robotic aluminum wheel polisher, the company says it can increase finished goods inventory to better serve customers with reduced product lead times. In addition, VIS says it easily can modify or repair customer machines onsite.

VIS is a member of the Nepean Group, an engineering company established in 1974. VIS says that since its inception in 1994, it has implemented workplace automation and best practices in hundreds of heavy vehicle service shops.
