Kinedyne – a provider of cargo control products for the transportation industry – has appointed Deborah M. Forbes as its global director of human resources, where she will oversee all staffing and personnel efforts for the Branchburg, N.J.-based company’s global operations, including those in the United States, Canada and China.

Prior to joining Kinedyne, Forbes served in executive human resources posts for such companies as Fedders, Tyco and Sabert. She has professional expertise in managing the HR challenges of global manufacturing operations, staffing/selection and assisting companies in meeting their overall strategic objectives through the maximum performance of their significant HR assets.

“In today’s extremely competitive transportation industry, one of the things that differentiates a company from industry peers is the overall quality of its employees,” says James Klausmann II, Kinedyne’s executive vice president. “The addition of an experienced human resources professional like Debbie on our team will help us bring in the best available talent, and also retain our current people who helped us get to where we are today.”
