AmeriQuest says that companies looking to save up to 40 percent on material handling parts will find tremendous opportunities for savings and efficiencies with its new material handling offering, AmeriQuest Material Handling Services, which was created to level the playing field for midsize to large distribution companies and private fleets.

By leveraging the buying power of its member base, AmeriQuest says it can dramatically lower total material handling costs to its members. As a natural extension to its “outside the warehouse” fleet management services, AmeriQuest says its new “inside the warehouse” material handling services significantly reduce the costs of replacement parts and service for material handling equipment.

Companies can search from more than three million parts for more than 100 OEMs and save an average of 15-45 percent, according to AmeriQuest; members can order parts online, over the phone or by fax. The online system is designed to give customers the ability to choose parts by part number or from an actual drawing of their make and model of equipment. The company says the system also enables users to perform research and provides real-time inventory levels and pricing.
