Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, which operates more than 200 travel stops and convenience stores in more than 30 U.S. states, has signed a 10-year extension to its exclusive agreement with Pegasus TransTech, provider of Transflo Express truckstop document scanning.

The agreement extends Love’s partnership to offer Pegasus Transflo Express truckstop scanning services exclusively at all of its locations. Pegasus TransTech and Love’s Travel Stops first teamed up as partners in January 2004 to offer fleet customers same-day access to delivery documents.

“The Love’s business model continues to make our organization a leader in the truckstop business, and Pegasus TransTech is one of those partners that we have worked with to achieve that goal,” says Dave Frankenfield, director of marketing for Oklahoma City-based Love’s. “The popularity of truckstop scanning continues to attract both customers and prospects to Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, and provides the most efficient document delivery system in the truckstop industry today.”

Transflo Express is designed to expedite document delivery and allow fleets and drivers to get paid faster. With Transflo Express, drivers simply hand their trip documents to a fuel desk attendant for scanning; in seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing.

“We’re excited about our extended agreement with Love’s and thankful that we have partnered with an entity that’s committed to servicing their customers and providing a business model that emphasizes value,” says Frank Adelman, senior vice president of Tampa, Fla.-based Pegasus TransTech. “Love’s has been a valuable partner in the past, and this partnership is now extended well into the future.”
