Keltic Transportation, a trucking firm operating in Eastern Canada, plans to implement Microdea’s Synergize Business Server for Transport, a full featured document scanning, workflow and management software that will be used in billing, payroll and customer service, said Mike Clements, director, sales and pricing, Keltic Transportation.
Keltic Transportation has grown from two operations staff and three drivers to over 180 employees in 11 years. The Synergize system will integrate with the company’s enterprise resource planning software from TMW Systems.
“We believe that Synergize will allow us to offer much quicker turnaround time to our customers’ inquiries, a more controlled internal workflow, and will grow with us as we go forward,” he continued.
“Keltic chose the Synergize system because we continuously search for more efficient ways to run our day to day operations, while focusing on our customer service capabilities and long term cost savings,” he said.
