Keltic Transportation, a trucking firm operating in Eastern Canada, plans to implement Microdea’s Synergize Business Server for Transport, a full-featured document-scanning, workflow and management software that will be used in billing, payroll and customer service. The Synergize system will integrate with the company’s enterprise resource planning software from TMW Systems.
“We believe that Synergize will allow us to offer much quicker turnaround time to our customers’ inquiries, a more controlled internal workflow, and will grow with us as we go forward,” says Mike Clements, director of sales and pricing for Keltic Transportation. “Keltic chose the Synergize system because we continuously search for more efficient ways to run our day-to-day operations, while focusing on our customer service capabilities and long-term cost savings.”
