ZF showcases automatic transmission for light commercial vehicles

ZF showcased its new automatic transmission for light commercial vehicles up to 33,000 pounds at the National Truck Equipment Association’s recent Work Truck Show in Chicago.

The company says the ZF-PowerLine 6-speed powershift transmission is designed to handle torque levels of 700 and 800 lb-ft and is equally suitable for use with both diesel and gasoline engines.
