Kenworth names 2009 Service, Parts, Dealer Council members

Kenworth Truck Co. has named its 2009 Service Council, comprised of leading service managers in the United States and Canada. The council’s mission is to help promote service and product improvements to further enhance the Kirkland, Wash.-based truck maker’s quality.

Members of the 2009 Kenworth Service Council members are: Chairman – Frank Chiarizia, Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C.; Mike Allen, GreatWest Kenworth, Calgary, Alb.; Wayne Beal, Kenworth Sales – Spokane, Wash.; Michael Donnelly, MHC Kenworth – Little Rock, Ark.; John Gibson, Truck Enterprises – Harrisonburg, Va.; Mark Haywood, Cooper Kenworth, Durham, N.C.; Michel Nault, Kenworth Montreal, St-Laurent, Quebec; Kyle Platt, Fort Wayne (Ind.) Truck Center; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative Alex Sykes, Cooper Kenworth, Durham.

Kenworth also named its 2009 Kenworth Parts Council, comprised of leading parts managers from dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to further enhance the quality and value of service to Kenworth customers.

Kenworth Parts Council members are: Chairman – Mike McKay, Kenworth Sales Co., Salt Lake City; Ken Ables, Performance Kenworth, Cleveland, Texas; Brad Burns, Kenworth Truck Centres of Ontario, Concord; Mike Carwile, Truck Enterprises-Richmond, Richmond, Va.; Jo Frost, Edmonton Kenworth, Edmonton, Alb.; Keith King, Kenworth of Birmingham, Birmingham, Ala.; Mike Oswald, Wisconsin Kenworth, Madison, Wis.; Vic Stiller, Inland Kenworth, Phoenix; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative Ron Whiteford, Lower Great Lakes Kenworth, South Bend, Ind.

Kenworth also named its 2009 Kenworth Dealer Council, comprised of leading executives from among more than 300 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to help promote program consistency across the dealer network so that every Kenworth dealership provides a superior level of customer service.

The 2009 Kenworth Dealer Council members are: Chairman – Brent Leach, Custom Truck Sales, Regina, Sask.; Jim Beiderwieden, Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C.; Harry Mamizuka, NorCal Kenworth, Oakland, Calif.; Tim Murphy, MHC Kenworth, Kansas City, Mo., Dan Penksa, Kenworth of Buffalo, Buffalo, N.Y.; Alex Sykes, Cooper Kenworth, Durham, N.C.; and Ron Whiteford, Lower Great Lakes Kenworth, South Bend, Ind. Jim Hartman of Truck Enterprises in Harrisonburg, Va., serves as the Kenworth ATD line representative.
