Kenworth Truck Co. has named its 2009 Service Council, comprised of leading service managers in the United States and Canada. The council’s mission is to help promote service and product improvements to further enhance the Kirkland, Wash.-based truck maker’s quality.
Members of the 2009 Kenworth Service Council members are: Chairman – Frank Chiarizia, Inland Kenworth, Burnaby, B.C.; Mike Allen, GreatWest Kenworth, Calgary, Alb.; Wayne Beal, Kenworth Sales – Spokane, Wash.; Michael Donnelly, MHC Kenworth – Little Rock, Ark.; John Gibson, Truck Enterprises – Harrisonburg, Va.; Mark Haywood, Cooper Kenworth, Durham, N.C.; Michel Nault, Kenworth Montreal, St-Laurent, Quebec; Kyle Platt, Fort Wayne (Ind.) Truck Center; and Kenworth Dealer Council representative Alex Sykes, Cooper Kenworth, Durham.
Kenworth also named its 2009 Kenworth Parts Council, comprised of leading parts managers from dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to further enhance the quality and value of service to Kenworth customers.

Kenworth also named its 2009 Kenworth Dealer Council, comprised of leading executives from among more than 300 Kenworth dealerships in the United States and Canada. The council’s goal is to help promote program consistency across the dealer network so that every Kenworth dealership provides a superior level of customer service.
