Swift Transportation announced today, May 5, that it is adopting Transflo Express scanning services to expedite document delivery. Swift says it turned to Pegasus TransTech Corp., a scanning network operator dedicated to the trucking industry, for Transflo Express scanning services to speed cash flow, reduce costs and increase driver efficiency in transmitting delivery documents to the carrier’s headquarters in Phoenix.

Transflo Express is designed to expedite document delivery and allow fleets and drivers to get paid faster. Drivers hand their trip documents to a fuel desk attendant for scanning, according to Pegasus TransTech; in seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing.
