Stoops touts Express Assessment Service

Stoops Freightliner Quality Trailer Inc. is celebrating the success of its Express Assessment Service. According to the company, customers from across the country have benefited from this new process that calls for immediate assessments of incoming commercial equipment and ensures timely customer communication and repairs.

“Excessive downtime is simply not an option for drivers and equipment owners,” says Jeff Stoops, owner. “Our customers expect quality repairs and speedy service. The Stoops Express Assessment Program ensures a timely diagnosis, parts availability and the keys quickly back into the hands of the driver.”

The new program is supported by a team of technicians trained to look beyond the obvious to identify issues that could result in costly downtime, Stoops says. When a customer arrives at a Stoops Freightliner location, the equipment is assigned to a dedicated technician who spends no more than one hour diagnosing the issue. The service adviser communicates findings, part availability, repair costs and repair times to the customer so an informed decision can be made. Additionally, the company says it will file all applicable warranties for customers, resulting in additional time saved.

The Stoops Freightliner Express Assessment is available at all Stoops locations. The company says the program is extended to all customers, from the single-truck operator to large fleets.
