Atro Engineered Systems, a urethane suspension components manufacturer for the heavy-duty truck and equipment industry, has launched a new corporate website, www.atrobushing.com, designed to enhance customer experience and make online ordering simple and efficient.

The new site, which has a link to the company’s corporate video, was designed to deliver new features and functions. A new online ordering system now enables customers to search for parts by type, Atro part number or by a competitor’s part number.

The new website also includes a proprietary “savings calculator” designed to allows distribution managers to calculate how much money could be saved by replacing OEM rubber parts with Atro’s polyurethane parts. It also includes a company history, new product announcements and tools to help users find local sales or discounts.

“We’ve always tried to provide the best customer experience possible and give our customers options to doing business with us,” says Mark Sturmon, president of Sullivan, Mo.-based Atro Engineered Systems. “This new website is really intended to take our customer experience to a whole new level. In just four months since its launch, 20 percent of our orders are being generated through the website, proof that our customers are looking to engage with us in new and different ways.”

The corporate videos, which Atro introduced with the launch of the new site, are intended to give customers and prospects more insight into the company and its products. The company says the videos recount its history, explain the benefits of polyurethane parts as compared to those made of rubber, and demonstrate Atro’s turn-key operation approach – delivering everything from original product design to final shipping.
