AirClic announces new features

AirClic, a mobile solutions provider for business operations, announced new features to the AirClic solution that enhance its performance management capabilities. The new features add transparency and accountability to mobile activities, the company says.

The analytics enhancements deliver advanced data on employee performance. This real-time information gives managers increased visibility into their organization’s operations, resulting in better business decisions, according to AirClic.

Among the new features:

  • Advanced reporting: A wide range of standard reports provide a record of field activities, granting understanding of what’s actually happening and providing an accounting of those activities and events;
  • Alert management: Immediate awareness of key events or exceptions;
  • Text messaging: The ability to send text messages to individuals or groups, connecting managers or dispatchers with their mobile work force in an intuitive, easy-to-use manner; and
  • Enhanced GPS: Illustrates exactly what is being done, where and when, and by whom, driving accountability by allowing managers to quickly and easily monitor and analyze the performance of their employees.
