Virtual Dispatch announced the latest release of its Excelerate Live, its Web-based broker, third-party logistics and carrier TMS system. “Tracking your fleet and carriers and your customer’s freight has never been easier or quicker,” says Mike Januszewski, Virtual Dispatch president and chief executive officer. The enhanced Trip Detail Screen now has tabs for handling multistop, multidrop consolidations and distribution and offroute miles, giving users visibility to all their information from a centralized dispatch screen while providing accurate leg-level profitability modeling, the company says.

The enhanced “Order Browser Screen” allows users to presplit and/or deconsolidate orders at a click of a button without having to retype any order information. Online training videos assist users with all the features of Excelerate Live. Users can learn at their own pace or go to the videos for quick reference.

Virtual Dispatch says Excelerate Live is ACE- and EDI-ready; users can create orders online, e-mail carrier and driver detailed confirmations, create professional transportation invoices and send them electronically along with proof-of-delivery documents that are handled through the document imaging feature. To assist companies in sharing information with their clients, users can create logins for their clients to track and trace the status of their orders online through the Customer Remote T &T option.
