Decisiv Inc., provider of a Web-based technology designed to connect fleet managers with internal and external service locations, announced integrations with several dealer business systems. The integrated solutions are intended to enable dealer service locations using the Decisiv Service Management Platform to enhance accuracy and streamline business processes by eliminating the need for redundant data entry.

“Dealer service locations are using the Decisiv Service Management Platform Web portal to share information and more effectively communicate with customers throughout a service event,” says Dick Hyatt, president of Decisiv. “The integrations we’ve enabled with ADP Dealer Services, Dealer Solutions International, Karmak and others retrieve customer and vehicle information from dealer business systems and quickly and seamlessly import it to estimates in the DSMP. Additionally, service event information from the Decisiv platform is exported to repair orders in the dealer business systems. This eliminates duplicate data entry steps, improves efficiency and productivity, and helps assure accuracy.”

Decisiv says the open, flexible nature of its DSMP provides solutions for fleets of all types and sizes, as well as truck and component manufacturers, dealers and service locations throughout North America. Integration with dealer business systems is available on all Decisiv OE platforms. Dealer business system integration partners include:
• ADP Dealer Services, a division of Automatic Data Processing Inc. that offers integrated technology solutions to truck dealers throughout North America;
• Karmak, a provider of software solutions for business management that specializes in the heavy-duty truck and equipment industry; and
• Dealer Solutions, a provider of business system software for the truck and trailer industry that includes parts, service, accounting and leasing modules.

The Decisiv Service Management Platform was developed in close partnership with many of North America’s top truck and component manufacturers and service networks. It is currently in use by hundreds of fleets and service providers nationwide under the brand names Diamond Estimating System and ServicePartner at International dealerships, MVASIST at Volvo Trucks North America and Mack Trucks dealers, DSMP at Freightliner and Detroit Diesel Allison service locations, QuoteIt at W.W. Williams service locations, and Prevost.ASIST at Prevost repair facilities.
