The Dossier User Group will hold its annual summit Nov. 2-4 at the Hilton El Conquistador resort in Tucson, Ariz. The Dossier Users Group is an independent organization of fleet professionals whose common interest is their use of Dossier asset maintenance management software from Arsenault Associates.

“This meeting provides real value to attendees, year after year,” says user group Chairman Doug White, vice president of maintenance for Dunbar Armored. “This year’s event will build on that tradition. The 2010 Dossier User Group Summit will feature an expanded agenda, with everything from basic hands-on training up through advanced industry topics. There will be something for every level of Dossier user.”

Beyond topics applicable to all Dossier users, this year’s agenda will include three parallel breakout paths, each with multiple sessions; topics will include user case studies, product applications and futures, and industry discussions. New for this year will be an additional breakout track of hands-on training for basic Dossier features, ideal for new users or as a refresher.

Dossier User Group members operate large and small fleets in many diverse industries, including trucking, construction, schools, motorcoach, waste, utilities, distribution, food, manufacturing, government, service industries and more.

According to Bob Hausler, vice president of marketing and technology for Arsenault, anyone who uses or depends on information provided by Dossier software would benefit from the meeting, including fleet managers, general managers, chief executive officers, chief financial officers, shop managers, parts managers and technicians.

“The Dossier Users Group Summit is the largest collection of Dossier expertise in the world, and that’s a huge knowledge and experience pool for attendees to draw upon,” Hausler says. “And from a pure dollars and cents perspective, the training part of the event alone justifies the cost of attending. All attendees will learn how to better use Dossier to save money and increase productivity.”
