AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a provider of comprehensive fleet management services, has acquired the assets of Cure Leasing & Maintenance, LLC. The acquisition has created a new subsidiary, AmeriQuest Leasing & Maintenance Inc. with headquarters in Norcross, GA.
Cure Leasing & Maintenance provides financing solutions and maintenance services to independent contractors and contract carriers that are affiliated with delivery and logistics companies.
