Penske Truck Leasing breaks ground on new North Carolina facility

Penske Truck Leasing, in conjunction with local government officials, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony in Garner, N.C., to commemorate the building of a state-of-the-art Penske facility in the Greenfield South Business Park.

Expected to open in January 2011, Penske is beginning work on constructing a 12,000-square-foot facility housed on 8.5 acres to provide a broad range of services, including commercial and consumer truck rentals, full-service truck leasing and contract maintenance. It will contain three truck bays, a wash bay and a two-lane fuel service island.
