Kenworth Truck Co. will exhibit trucks equipped with the latest 2010 engine technology at the NTEA New Model Truck Product Conference Sept. 13-15 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn in Dearborn, Mich. The company will feature a T800 dump truck with a 485-hp Paccar MX engine, a T440 mixer powered by a natural gas 320-hp Cummins Westport ISL G engine, and a T370 with a factory-installed front drive axle and 260-hp Paccar PX-6 engine.
During its seminar session from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, Kenworth will discuss its product line and offer information for body builders regarding compatibility issues on truck body and equipment design, installation and modification. Kenworth will present its clear back-of-cab options – both above and below the frame rails – that utilize a 5.6-gallon diesel exhaust fluid tank.
