TMW Systems, a business software provider to the transportation services industry, and Microdea, a provider of integrated document management and workflow solutions, announced at TMW’s TransForum Conference that they have signed a strategic alliance agreement for TMW to resell a new cobranded version of Microdea’s document management software solutions called TMW-Synergize. “After many years of close co-operation with TMW, this partnership is a natural next step to provide industry-oriented solutions,” says Michael Ruskin, president of Microdea.
TMW will offer Microdea’s enterprise document management and workflow solutions to complement its enterprise transportation software applications, with a special focus on business process improvement and automation. TMW will also continue to develop, support and enhance both its existing imaging product as well as the integrations to other partner imaging solutions.
