10 charged for helping unqualified people obtain false CDLs

A federal grand jury in Philadelphia recently charged Vitaliy Kroshnev, his wire, Tatyana, and eight others with identification document and bank fraud and making false statements for their role in an alleged conspiracy to aid more than 300 unqualified people in obtaining false Pennsylvania commercial driver’s licenses from 2007 to 2010 under the auspices of the International Training Academy truck-driving school.
