Pana-Pacific announced achieving ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification. As an ISO/TS 16949 company, Pana-Pacific says it continually will aim for improvements in its quality management system, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in its supply chain of commercial vehicle-related products. Pana-Pacific previously was certified as ISO 9001:2008, the international standard on which TS 16949 is based.

“Obtaining the ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification is another milestone for our company and our employees,” says John Trenberth, president of Pana-Pacific. “For our North American and global customers, this certification demonstrates our commitment to the market we serve and to be the best at what we do. This is another step in achieving our continuous process improvement for our employees and our supply base.”
