The Truckload Carriers Association has announced two new Truckload Academy Webinars for members:
• Thursday, March 10, 2-3 p.m. ET. “Managing in the New World of Handhelds,” free for TCA members, will feature Clement Driscoll, industry analyst and mobile resource management expert, who will help TCA members understand how to use mobile devices to manage efficiently, safely and within regulatory guidelines; and
• Thursday, March 24, 12-1:30 p.m. ET. “Branding and Public Relations: What’s the Deal with Social Media?” is a follow-up to the November 2010 webinar on branding and driver recruitment. ACS’ Lori Furnell and Priscilla Peterson will discuss how TCA members can manage their social media presence to enhance their business development and recruitment practices.
