ATBS, a provider of business solutions to the trucking industry, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Mark Swanson, CPA Truck Accounting and Tax Service, of Omaha, Neb. ATBS says the acquisition, terms of which were not disclosed, allows customers of Mark Swanson, CPA to take advantage of its experience and expertise in the trucking industry.
ATBS says that in addition to tax and accounting services, Mark Swanson, CPA clients now can enjoy greater depth, breadth and quality of services, including industry benchmarking, personalized quarterly estimates based on business performance, premium business services (including corporation setup, compliance and payroll), education programs and maintenance management services.
