Continental Tire the Americas announced that effective July 1, Jochen Etzel will be chief executive officer, replacing Matthias Schoenberg who previously was named global head of ContiTech’s Fluid Technology business unit. Approaching 20 years with Continental, Etzel started his career as a lawyer in Continental’s corporate law department.
