Dealers Jack Saum Jr. with Beltway International Trucks and Rick Reynolds with Peach State Truck Centers discuss their own experiences with succession planning. Dixon Hughes Goodman, Keith Ely & Associates and The Rawls Group advise dealers about the dangers of not planning for succession and how to begin the process.
Moderated by Successful Dealer Executive Editor Denise Rondini, the dealer panel answers questions on what they considered to be the hardest part of the planning process when they knew it was time to plan and how they were able to start planning.
