Qualcomm Enterprise Services Europe announced the appointment of Mark Warner as managing director. Warner brings to Qualcomm experience at various transport and logistics firms in several European countries, as well as a reputation for being a frontrunner in telematics innovations designed to help companies achieve performance improvements and acquire a better competitive position.

Warner has spent more than 25 years in the logistics service provider industry, serving the European bulk liquid market. Having operated across the continent, Mark has insight to all levels of opportunities and threats that exist within the European transport business.
