Westpoint Transportation, based in Boise, Idaho, announced that it has selected uDrove, a paper replacement management tool, to help manage in-cab paperwork. “We are excited about moving forward with this innovative process,” says Dan Fulkerson, general manager of Westpoint Transportation. “The uDrove application will eliminate a lot of paper, and we will be more productive with our driver’s information right at our fingertips 24/7.”

The company’s fleet of 19 drivers will be using the iPad tablet to create their logs, track mileage and capture images of expenses and documents. Meanwhile, the back office personal will be able to access all the in-cab paperwork in real time from their Website account.

Representatives of uDrove were at Westpoint Transportation location to help with training. “It was great to see 19 drivers with new iPads excited about no longer having to use paper logs,” says Juan Cardenas, uDrove national sales manager. “Each driver was using the uDrove application within 10 minutes of training.”
