Phillips Industries has hired Tom Pittam to fill the new position of global sales pepresentative – Asia, responsible for continuing Phillips’ growing presence in the Asia region. Pittam brings to Phillips more than 30 years of experience working in the transportation sector in the Far East.
For 12 years immediately prior to joining Phillips, he was technical director and marketing manager for Yonming Auto and Industrial Equipment, a parts distributor located in Kuala Lumpur, where he was responsible for expanding the distribution of North American and European branded truck parts throughout Southeast Asia.
