Leveraging the collective resources of Link Manufacturing and the newly formed company Link Suspensions of Canada–Raydan Division (formerly Raydan Manufacturing), a combined and strengthened North America sales force has been created to better serve the North American commercial and vocational vehicle markets through OEM and aftermarket channels, the company announced.

Bob Carlsen has been promoted to OEM sales manager–North America. Carlsen and his OEM sales team will be responsible for account management and new business development with OEM customers and targets across North America for all Link products.

Mike Brown has been promoted to the new position of national sales manager–North America. Brown will continue to lead Link’s inside sales and service team and manage an expanding regional sales team focused on servicing and growing demand for all Link products through OEM and aftermarket installation across North America.

Additionally, Link is expanding its North American sales regions to seven and announced the promotion of Gord McDonald to regional sales manager–Western Canada. McDonald previously held several sales and service-related roles at the Raydan division. All regional sales managers will expand their support to include Raydan’s air link suspensions and Easy Slider sliding kingpin systems.

“These promotions, additions and further staffing plans for our sales and marketing organization will strengthen our presence in the field, improving our ability to service existing and new customers of Link’s recently expanded product lines,” says Jim Huls, vice president and general manager of Link. “We believe these investments in our sales organization will provide greater visibility in the marketplace and strengthen our ability to offer customers the outstanding service and support they’ve come to expect from Link.”
