Arnold Transportation Services recently announced David Mendenhall as its new vice president of operations.
Mendenhall, who has been with the Jacksonville, Fla.-based company a few months, has more than 38 years of transportation experience, most recently as vice president of operations at LinkAmerica for 14 years.
