In response to what it calls “complex business and regulatory challenges” of the modern era of transportation, the Chicago, Ill.-based Freeborn & Peters law firm announced this month the formation of a Transportation Team — an industry-focused group of attorneys and support staff designed to help and represent companies in the transportation sector — trucking, railroad, logistics and intermodal.
In the announcement, Freeborn & Peters said that they will help trucking and other transportation-centered companies “overcome the challenges they face while enabling greater productivity, development and growth.”
The firm says its 12-member group includes attorneys that have worked in different segments of the transportation industry and, the announcement says, come from various legal backgrounds that include, regulation, litigation, corporate law and governmental affairs.
