A panel discussion Monday at the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue conference held in Las Vegas this week as part of the Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week concluded that outsourcing maintenance, hiring technicians and handling CSA regulations will be among some of the larger issues that fleets face in the coming years.

The panel included Stu MacKway, president of MacKay and Co.; Paul Higgins, director of fleet maintenance at Prime, Inc.; Roy Svehla, senior manager of fleet maintenance at Republic Services; and Jon Cain, director of fuel services at Ahern Rentals, and the four spent an hour discussing issues, from a service perspective, that impact their fleets.
