Pilot Flying J has been sued at least two more times by carriers seeking compensatory and punitive damages — among other items — after the FBI raided the company’s headquarters and released an affidavit accusing the truck stop chain of intentionally defrauding carriers out of millions of dollars in rebates to boost profits and commissions of salespersons.

The two new lawsuits are the fourth and fifth lawsuits to become public, and both seek a jury trial to hear the case. They’re also both class-action lawsuits.

One, however, is the first among the five to name Jimmy Haslam as a defendant, along with the company and nearly a dozen others involved in the scheme.
