J.J. Keller appoints new execs

J.J. Keller & Associates announced the appointments of two individuals to help support organizational growth and strategic priorities.

Dana S. Gilman has joined the organization as chief financial officer. She is replacing Roger Porath, who will be retiring in April after 37 years with the company. Gilman brings over 17 years of progressive experience in finance to J. J. Keller, including positions at Kimberly-Clark, Jarden Corp., and Miles Kimball Co. Most recently, she was the CFO at Outlook Corp. Gilman will be the strategic and financial leader of J. J. Keller, accountable for the financial and risk management operations.

“We are confident that Dana’s financial, risk management, and leadership experience, coupled with her consistent track record of achieving strategic and financial goals, will be integral to our company’s growth,” said Marne L. Keller-Krikava, president and CEO.

Charles (Chad) T. Govin III has been promoted to vice president of field sales. During his 17 years of direct sales and management experience at J. J. Keller, he helped create and launch the company’s Driver Management Online service as well as built its national field sales program. Most recently, Govin served as senior director of field sales.

“Chad has had an amazing career at J. J. Keller so far, and I’m excited to see what he’ll accomplish in his new vice president role,” said Rustin R. Keller, executive vice president/COO. “He has been essential to making our national field sales program a success.”
