Decisiv links up with FleetNet America for managing service events

Decisiv, a provider of service relationship management (SRM) systems for commercial assets, announced at the NPTC 2015 Education Management Conference & Exhibition a new integration with FleetNet America, which provides maintenance management and roadside assistance services.

The new partnership will enable Decisiv fleet customers to schedule and manage service events through the FleetNet Roadside and TMcare programs.

“Joint customers of Decisiv and FleetNet America will benefit from an API (Application Programming Interface) that will allow the companies to interact and share maintenance event data seamlessly and bi-directionally,” said Bryan Johnson, vice president of roadside and IT operations at FleetNet America.

FleetNet’s Emergency Roadside service provides access to a nationwide towing network and its TMcare program offers a dedicated maintenance team to help manage maintenance and repair events.
