Volvo Trucks North America and Mack Trucks recently renewed their respective contracts with Decisiv, the provider of each company’s ASIST web-based tool that enables real-time communication between customers and dealers.
Both OEMs have been partners with Decisiv for more than a decade and that time, ASIST has evolved from a simple dealer estimating tool into an enabler for industry-leading uptime solutions.
“One of the ways we maximize vehicle uptime is by providing fleet customers with real-time actionable information in order to make the best possible repair decisions,” says Conal Deedy, director of connected vehicle services for Volvo Trucks. “The ASIST tool seamlessly integrates with our Remote Diagnostics telematics platform to quickly and effectively communicate information to our customers and dealers concerning monitored service events.”
