Pegasus TransTech announced that it has hired Mark Spicer as Vice President of Integrated Solutions.
In this newly established role, Mr. Spicer will lead strategic sales and business development for new products and expand the Transflo partner network with technology and transportation companies. He will report to the president and chief executive officer.
With deep expertise in transportation technology, mobile communications, telematics, and fleet navigation, Spicer brings more than 30 years experience to the Transflo brand. He most recently served as vice president of sales for Rand McNally and held previous leadership positions with XRS Corporation (now Omnitracs), Geologic Solutions, and Aether.

The Transflo technology portfolio is used by thousands of trucking carriers and freight brokers. The company says the “center stage” platform connects clients and partners with the next generation of enterprise mobility and empowers commercial drivers with an all-in-one solution to manage loads, routes, electronic logs, dispatch communications, and delivery documents from any location at any time.
“Technology has created a pivotal moment for the transportation industry,” shares Mr. Spicer. “The Transflo brand and technologies are highly respected throughout the industry, and I look forward to connecting enterprise fleets with new solutions, better user experiences, and greater value.”
